Format

Consists of 4-6 slides followed by a selection of related questions.

Learners will need to answer all the questions & will not be allowed to move onto the next part until answers are given correctly. Course would comprise of 5-10 parts

Duration

The duration of the courses will vary; as a guide 1-2 hours for most courses, dependant how quick the learner can take in the information, course subject etc.

Beginning a Course

Log in using username & password. You will see list of courses that have been assigned to you.

The list is sorted into New courses, Courses in Progress. Click on the course title to open, you will see all parts in course start at part 1 and so on.

When you complete the last part in the course you will be shown your certificate. This will be stored in your records for viewing or printed by you or Training Administrator.

You need a score of 100% to pass every course.

If you get any of the questions wrong you will be asked to go over the course part again before moving onto the next part!

THERE IS NO TIME LIMIT ON COURSE

Access can be from any computer as long as you have internet access and you have username and password
